About Nice & Ripe
We are a small design studio in Peterborough, creating affordable design and marketing solutions for good people. Founded by Sean Johnson in 2010, Nice and Ripe is built on a solid foundation of more than 15 years experience in the creative industry.
Whilst we do have a number of international clients, we typically work with small to medium sized businesses (SMEs), charities, local government departments and educational organisations in the UK, particularly in the Midlands and East of England. We’re lucky in that most people approach us through recommendations or word of mouth, and because of our attention to detail and customer satisfaction most of our clients are with us for the long haul.
Our Approach
We don’t just fire up Photoshop and hope for the best! We devote time to learning about you and your offering, your competitors and your target audience. We then design specifically for your needs whilst giving the end user full consideration at each stage of the project.
We have a deep understanding and empathy for the user experience and ensure our solutions are simple and easy to use.

We never take on more work than we can comfortably handle so we can give your project the attention it deserves, and because we’re small, you deal direct with the person doing the work.
We’re always learning and we attend many of the web design and digital marketing conferences each year to ensure we’re on the leading edge with the latest trends and techniques.
Our Community
We’re located in Market Deeping just north of Peterborough on the border of Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, close to the towns of Stamford and Spalding.
We care a lot about our local community and that’s why we run our Giving Back program to help those organisations in need who can’t usually afford to take advantage of the marketing opportunities available.
